I feel that the cauliflower is overlooked in most cuisines, instead serving as vehicle for dip in the office party cruidte plate.
I haven't seen it on menus outside of the sporadic appearance in Indian restaurants and was wondering if anyone could recommend any good cauliflower dishes out there.
My personal favorite, so far, has got to be Paninoteca 275's starter of pureed cauliflower, truffle oil, and garlic on a slice of crusty bread. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. If only the service in this restaurant wasn't so god awful.
