I've never been a huge fan of cauliflower. It's okay steamed with a bit of salt and butter or in a soup (ie. Dorie Greenspan's recipe, which is great) but otherwise it's either meh or blah. My significant other loves it - so tonight I made David Tanis' Venetian Cauliflower recipe, which got rave reviews on NYT Cooking, but I did not like it at all (nor did my S.O.). Can anyone help convert this cauliflower-hater?
