Catskills -- Kosher and Classy, NOT Kitschy

I think I know the answer to this, but...

I gather there are a still a few kosher places left in the Catskills, and maybe even one or two new ones. Are any of these -- how to say? -- cool, classy, country elegant? I've read about, heard about and looked at web sites for Homowack, Raleigh's, Kutcher's, Zucker's and Swan Lake. My fiance and I are planning a wedding, and none of these looks like the sort of venue we have in mind. We're kosher, but more "Conservadox" and "kippah srugah" than black-hat-and-cheitel (not that there's anything wrong with that, as Seinfeld might say). We want a strict standard of kashruth, but we want a place that isn't huge and institutional -- one that, ideally, has some historic 'mountain lodge' charm. There are some mansions you can rent out along the Hudson and bring in kosher caterers, and we might end up doing that, but it would be great if we could have a resort-retreat that gets us a little farther out of the city and into the Hudson.

Any ideas?
