Hi all...I'm in the midst of wedding planning and am looking at caterers. Any suggestions for here in Atlanta? Food's the top priority! We'll have about 200 people.
While we're intially hoping for more a more pan-Asian/Latin flavored heavy h'orderves/tapas style reception - we're thinking steamed buns with duck and pork belly, ceviches, dumplings, etc - we aren't closing the doors to other styles of foods if the caterer is top-notch. We're just trying to avoid traditional room temp steaks as an option.
So far, I've reached out to Bold American Catering, Avalon Catering, and Honey and Fig. Any other suggestions? Have you used these companies before, and if so, what are your thoughts?
