New catering place/restaurant on 23rd and 2nd

Anyone been to the new restaurant on 2nd Ave between 22nd and 23rd? Sorry, but I have no idea what it's name is. It was mentioned in the NY Times Dining Section a few weeks ago. Apparently, the owner is a well known NY caterer.

I stopped by a few days ago for a taste and was pleased. We tried a few of their tapas offerings - potato pancakes with an interesting tangy cranberry sauce, beef negimaki (sp?) that was made with tender marinated flank steak (I think), and Phylo dough triangles with spinach and goat cheese which were good but ordinary. We also tried a delicious warm couscous with a glazed Portobello on top.

Tapas dishes were from $6-$9 and entrees were from $11 (couscous) to $19 (Filet Mignon).

There was a super casual feel to the place. The owners 14 yr old son took my order and explained to me my choices. Im also pretty sure it was byob spot but Im not positive.
