In February, I was part of a meeting that featured small bites catered by My Mom's Mole, Cuevas Express Foods & Mary's Fruit Tarts. Everything was fresh, delicious and featured local products: Butter lettuce cups with shrimp ceviche, Grilled nopales topped with tomatoes, Tamales napped with mole, and Fruit tarts. My colleague made excellent selections.
