Looking for a caterer for a Brooklyn based wedding. Why am I posting this here? Well because we all try to share a passion for food.
We are looking to incorporate some Puerto Rican elements into the offerings. The thing is when you try to introduce cultural elements, it quickly becomes apparrent that you need certain accompaniments - to properly frame or accentuate the dishes - this becomes a whole second catering service!
So I am just looking for some pointers to general caterers in Brooklyn and some more interesting ones if possible.
