We're planning on hosting our wedding reception for 80-100 people this October at a state park group shelter, and because of our tight budget, we're hoping to do the food ourselves. There is a kitchen and also a large grill pit outside we were thinking of using.
So I'm looking for menu ideas and any tips you might have for grilling for a crowd. We'll definitely enlist helpers and have some friends bring cold side dishes, but we want to at least have the meats covered. I'm thinking chicken skewers and sausage with peppers and potatoes. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated!
