Has anyone ever had a slice of pizza at Catania's in (I think) Yonkers on the North bound side of Central Ave. (I think it's route 100) across the street from the huge Nathan's in a strip mall (there's a Dunkin' Donuts)? I've lived in NJ all my life and I have NEVER had pizza like this before; I'm in the area every other week or so and can't be nearby without stopping in for a slice; I have NEVER been disappointed; no cardboard with a smidgen of sauce and cheese here. Would any of you please try it and say what you think? A customer there told me they were originally in Brooklyn and were legendary at one time, especially for their little calzones they bake a dozen or so at a time on one tray all connected to each other. Anyway. Am I the only person that knows about this place? I searched this website and found nothing. Also, try a slice of the salad pizza, with the Balamic vinegar. Thanks.
