Best casual one or two-star Michelin experience in NYC?

Jerioldio | Apr 30, 201509:57 AM

Looking for a weekday lunch under $50 (no drink) that I can attend comfortably solo in a T-shirt or sweater and jeans. I've been to EMP, and loved that, but don't want anything that formal for this. Also been to The Spotted Pig, ABC Kitchen, Nougatine, and Tocqueville. I have no food preference in terms of regional cuisine. Thanks.

P.S. The "Michelin" thing is of course more of a guideline; I know there are superb restaurants not recognized by them or other tastemakers. I just want the highest quality food for the lowest price. lol

Nougatine at Jean-Georges
