Best Cast Iron Griddle for Glass Cooktop?

SewRusty | Jun 23, 201712:28 PM     5

I'm hunting for a cast iron flat bottom griddle for making pancakes and such on my glass cooktop. Right now it's just glass electric, but when I replace this stove (which is old, so possibly soon?) I'm hoping to go with induction. I currently have a Lodge griddle (linked) that isn't quite big enough to cover both burners (sadly, no bridge burner here!) but the grill on the backside is unnecessary and unwanted and I think it holds it too far away from the elements to work well. I have a vintage cast iron round griddle pan, but it doesn't cook enough at once for my family (with a tween boy who is starting to really pack it away) so I need one that covers both burners and doesn't cost a fortune. And I truly don't want an electric griddle--I have limited cabinet and counter space.

Can you guys help?
