There was a recent CI thread....which sorta revisits the age ole poll. For those with CI, what are you using it for. The only CI I have is two ECI, one 9qt oval and 7qt round . It probably sees less than handful of use during the year, and that's either something acidic, or something going into the oven.
I don't have any Bare CI. Sure I have had Bare ECI when I 1st started cooking like everybody else. Once learning how uneven it was material wise, they were never mainstays in my rotation.
I've been looking to add a CS pan to the rotation but was wondering what's the love for CI.
