My obsession w/ cassoulet continues w/ these cold days...Was perusing Fringale's website and noticed that their "Winter 2004" menu lists cassoulet as a Thursday dinner special. Site linked below but menu link seems to be acting up now.
Called up the place and a friendly woman w/ a French accent confirmed that the info is current. Cost around $21. Tried to ask her how long this would stay on their menu, but she may have had difficulty hearing or understanding me, so I let it go.
Anyone tried their rendition this season or prior seasons? I've enjoyed Fringale in general, so I'm thinking their cassoulet must be good. Thurs. night may not be feasible for me, but would be happy to experience it in a regurgitated (in the best sense of the word) report by other cassoulet-loving hounds (and I know you're out there). Thanks for any info.
