i've tried a lot of different cassoulet in the city and outer boroughs, the best so far this year has to be at paradou in the meatpacking district ( i don't know if its the same one as their park slope location)
its got the right amount of meat to beans ratio, the flavor is dead on right out of france and they have plenty of wines to choose from to wash it all down, my favorite is the st. emilion (i belive chateau cardinale la fleur, spelling?)
