They show albertons, safeway, and HEB as stores that carry it- but it’s out of stock at the HEB website. Hmmm.
Probably best idea would be to contact the T Sugar company customer service and have them look up what online retailers they sell to or if there’s a grocery near you
Demerara or pure cane sugar will do a decent stand in.
What do you need it for, dickg? If the texture is important, maybe as sunshine mentioned look up "demerara sugar usa," especially the images - it looks pretty much like products I use in Europe.
ETA: Otherwise maybe light brown sugar.
