Casamento's was awesome! We were there last Saturday for lunch and got there as they were opening. We weren't terribly hungry, so all we had was a couple of oyster loafs and some fries. The oyster breading wasn't as cornmealy as most oyster breadings I've had, which allowed the oyster flavor to be more pronounced. The bread, which was a kind of Texas Toast I think, was a nice change for us. Service was good and the staff were friendly. I was able to meet one of the owners, CJ I think was his name. Very friendly, as were the 2 cats that greeted patrons from a top a couple of canisters out back by the restrooms.
Will definetely add this one to our list. Thanks for the heads up on this one folks,
Oh, they are closed for the summer now I think, so check before you go.
