Having recently discovered how good a resource for Chinese restaurants Chowhound is (and Charles, in particular), I've been making my way through some of the recommendations.

I recently had dim sum at Casa Victoria for the first time and enjoyed it, though to be honest I personally prefer Dragon Boat Fusion.

I had the steamed BBQ pork buns, which were excellent and a clear cut above the same item at Dragon Boat (though I like the baked BBQ pork buns at Dragon Boat at least as much).

The shrimp and chives pan seared dumplings were the highlight for me. Excellent balance of flavours and textures. Truly a stand out item in my eyes.

The BBQ pork rice rolls were also excellent, though I prefer the more strongly flavoured sauce used at Dragon Boat.

Really, aside from Dragon Boat being significantly closer for me to get to, I just don't see Casa Victoria being better by enough of a margin to offset the much smaller array of options. Your mileage may vary, of course.
