Saturday was driving by (3:56 pm) and saw a line outside - figured this was my chance to see what the hype was all about. Ordered a small original pepperoni & mushrooms, well done (to compare to the same pizza ordered at Carmine's during happy hour the night before), and a small dinner salad with Italian dressing to go. True to her word, it was ready to go and in my hot little hands in 20 minutes. Now, out to the car where I opened the box (I am a fan of eating pizza the second it comes out of the oven, and yes, burning the roof of my mouth) and pulled out a slice. Nice thin crust (not cracker crust - just right thin-ness), sauce was good, toppings good, fresh shrooms. Not impressed with the hard, crunchy bits of cornmeal that was stuck to the bottom, but very good indeed. Salad was good, too. I would not say the best pizza I have ever had (that honor goes to Carmine's - regular crust, well done) but definitely one of the better ones.
