Alright - so same applies to the carrots that applied to my potato post awhile back. I currently have 4 bags of carrots (piled up from the CSA). Full disclosure: I've only had two types of carrots I like - one was a marinated carrot recipe from Chris VR (lemon and garlic) and roasted carrots with olive oil, salt and garlic.
Any ideas or special recipes for carrot haters? (my husband loves them, though)
Can you freeze carrot sticks?
Thanks in advance.
(so far with the potatoes, I've only made the moussaka which, as I mentioned, was fantastic and lasted forever - now I have to get on the sweet potatoes!!)
