carpaccio: tenderloin or sirloin?

Hey guys.
I'm making some carpaccio this week, and I was wondering if anyone who's made it has had more success with tenderloin or sirloin. not planning to sear it, which some folks do, apparently. haven't made up my mind, but i may freeze it.
