Carnitas mixtas with every part of the pig piled high at Villa Moreliana is my idea of heaven. The vision got even better when I was offered a free sample. Not a little taste either, but as much as would be served in a street taco. Crusty brown dorados, silky confit-like meaty parts, and the soft, flubbery rind bits. All good even when unadorned.
Not ready to eat anything more major than that, I left a couple bucks in the tip jar instead of making a purchase. Next visit, I'll save room for Las Morelianas carnitas.
