That spelling is probably wrong, but I am so full of gorditas I can't think straight. Up on Woodman just north of Saticoy on the east side of the street. I had a combination plate of taco and gorditas, both of the al pastor variety. The taco was very full of tasty meat, only a touch crunchy, though, and a fair amount of a savory red sauce. The gorditas were light and airy - I tore off a chunk for my dining companion whose comment was "funnel cake!" Not quite that sweet, but a fairly apt description of the texture. Very crispy on the outside and fluffy interior. They were simply laid on top of a generous pile of meat, white cheese, and beans. Bins of limes, radishes, and pickled veggies available to garnish. Next time, a torta milanesa!
