Carnelian Room for Weddings

Coolbean | May 29, 200305:10 PM     5

We are planning a wedding reception and are considering the Carnelian Room. Have any of you been to a wedding or other banquet there, and how did you find your experience?

We had dinner in the main dining room and were happier with the quality than at other hotels and restaurants with banquet facilities (for 200!) that we tried. We ordered entrees that are on the banquet menu. The service was notably good, despite our unhapppiness with the potato side dishes (guess what we'd substitute out!)

Any help is truly appreciated!!! :)
