Carne seca here?

On a trip to Tucson, Az., ate at the famous El Charro.
They have a spcialty air dried and then reconstituted beef called carne seca. The flavors in this dish are huge and can't wait to have it again. Is this specialty served at any Chicagoland restaurants ? Thanks!
