Carlitos Gardel - Quality of Meat

I was thinking of going to Carlitos Gardel on Melrose and I wanted to find out the quality of the meat they serve.

Is it on par with the meats they serve at the big steakhouses such as Mastro's, Ruths Chris, The Palm, etc?

Do they serve mid-western corn fed beef, grass fed beef?

Is it USDA Prime?

Do they age their steaks?

The only other Argentinean steaks I have had were from El Raigon in San Francisco. It was phenomenal, they used grass fed beef, can't recall if it was aged though.
