Regarding career choice

Im a high school senior in Mexico and I'm considering entering into a culinary business management program. The program appears to be really good and I genuinely have a passion for cooking and food in general, the problem is I have the goal of one day moving out to the countryside and owning a farm for producing quality goods such as olive oil, wine, dairy or organic produce but not owning a restaurant or anything like that. Is the program a good match considering I could really use the administration side of it and build from there on?
