I did read some of the posts already on the board. What I am after is feed back from
people who use these pans. I have been using de Buyer pans and really like them.
My All Clad is spending more time on the shelf! How does everyone care for these pans?
Do you feel they can do anything a SS Allclad can do? I think so. after they are seasoned
even acid does not really seem to effect them to much. Any feed back would be welcomed.
