Received a rice cooker for christmas, and now I'm wondering at the possibilities. I've tried a pot of rice... very nice! I steamed some tiny custards... also very nice...
But now I'm wondering about slow cooking onions in there. I tried a few internet searches here and abroad on google, and found no info.
I'm wondering if I could use the 2h porridge setting to slowly caramelize onions... anybody ever try this?
