I love caramelized tomato. I make a mean Chicago inspired pizza that is crust, cheese, meat and veg and another layer of dough topped with tomato purée with basil, a bit of oregano and garlic powder. The part I love about this dish is that is baked really hot so the purée on top caramelizes. I use the big can of puree because i love it so much. What do you make with caramelized tomato goodness?
