Just got back from the Cape and wanted to share notes on Capt Scotts Seafood on Tupper Rd. in Sandwich. The building appears to be a prefab structure with a custom add on with windows. We had a terrific meal there, way beyond expectations from the appearance of the place. I ordered broiled scrod on spinach with eggplant. price $10.50 This turned out to be a wonderfuly fresh piece of cod on spinach with some paper thin grilled eggplant slices on the side. The sauce was white wine, olive oil, garlic, fresh and sun dried tomatoes, olives and oregano, it was so good I requested a spoon to get all of it down. My wife ordered scallop spinach salad, this turned out to be scallops in a great cream sauce over a bed of fresh spinach. The service was superb and the parking lot was full but we got a table right away. Hats off to these people, I asked if the cook had gone to CIA and the waitress told me no, he had just grown up in the business and was the owner.
