Capricious Cheese made at MyTime Ranch in Eureka had a table at the Tuesday SF farmer's market yday. I'd never seen them at this market before so stopped for a taste.
They had a feta and a washed curd cheese as well as a goat sausage. The sausage is cured, pretty mild but very tasty, garlicky and pepper. I got a chunk of the washed curd cheese and it was delicious - nutty and pretty mild - delicious with bread, by itself and in orzo. I pretty much finished it off yday.
Their info says they don't produce cheese during Jan or Feb so look for them at the markets this month.
