We ate there last night The experience was okay, but there are better places to eat steak in Manhattan. I had the Delmonico steak which is actually a bone in ribeye. Now I do know that ribeyes tend to be more fatty than other cuts, but this one had a huge amount of fat. The tenderness was good, but the meat was definitely overly seasone with salt (and I am a salt on my steak lover). My husband had the NY Strip (which they called something else) which was basically flavorless. We started with the fried calamari which was good, but they should warn you that it is quite spicy! The spinach salad which was good, but not great. We had the cottage fries/onion string combo - so, so. On the other hand, the brown bread was GREAT and the Coconut Cream Pie (which is actually more like a tart) was yummy. We will not be rushing back!
