Capital Grill? [moved from Seattle]

I popped in here a day or so ago to give it a try for lunch (Not knowing it was a chain, but vaguely remembering the original in D.C.). Dining alone, I sat at the well-appointed bar, and chose one of the plate specials, basically a choice of one item each off of three short lists. I chose the Field Greens salad, the Seasonal Vegetable (haricot verts) and a lobster roll. $15.

The food served was very good, bordering on "wow". CG must've learned Tom Keller's secret on salt and vinegar on greens, and the beans were perfectly done. It's pretty hard to screw up a lobster roll--this one was very good. The ambience was really nice, although the aftermarket deer mounts were a little silly. Bar service was prompt and attentive and full of little touches (e.g., your own tablecloth placed on the stone bartop, replacing napkins whenever a patron stepped away, good glass and tableware.

Not exactly budget dining, but $15 wasn't all that expensive, either.

Anyone have any recommendations as to what I should order here when I return?
