I'm trying to decide whether to switch from a 30" American Range Performer LP range to one of the new Capital Culinarian manual clean models (which I would likely purchase from Trevor Lawson at Eurostoves). Any thoughts out there on:
1. Is the new 30" CC manual clean model as good or better than the old model?
2. Is there a better chance of Capital manufacturing a properly working unit than American Range?
3. Is there a better chance of Capital providing better service than AR if/when things go wrong?
4. Are there any issues with the CC LP design in being able to produce good performance?
