Went to Canyon for the fourth time last night for my B-day. I have to say it was some of yhe best food, I have ever had! I had a tuna steak that was seared, and topped with chiptole cream sauce. It was divine. I could eat it every day!!!! The mussels with cilanto and tomatoes, was to die for. I don't know if they got a new chef...it was always wonderful before when we went.....now it is superb. YOU MUST TRY THE PRICKLY PEAR MARAGARITAS. It is the best drink I have ever had. I love this place.
