I heard about this new canning book on the NY1/Edible Manhattan segment this morning. It is authored by the same woman in Brooklyn who makes Sweet Deliverance jams/etc. The book sounds like it has some really wonderful flavor combinations. I'm looking forward to getting the book and trying some of the ideas.
