We just had a wonderful lunch of this easy, great clafoutis and a salad. A terrific way to use all the garden tomatoes that are out or that you may have from your garden. I pretty much followed the recipe,but I did infuse the cream (used fat-free half-n-half) with a roasted garlic clove. Since I love the combo of smoked gouda with tomatoes, I also added about 1/4 c. of s.g. to the freshly shredded cheese mixture. Thanks Candy for this fast, easy recipe. It's a keeper!
