After reading John Thorne's article about this soup we searched around at a few grocery stores to find it and had it for dinner last night. Delicious, if a bit salty. Due to the tripe, it has that very distinctive flavor, though, not overwhelming. I enjoyed it, and will definately buy it again. I just wish it didn't cost $2.49 a can. But I guess that's a small price to pay to not have to cook tripe from scratch.
