Ok, does anyone have any recs for Nime Chow (un fried cambodian shrimp rolls with plenty of cilantro. mint and basil) that will help me stop driving back to Providence for them?
Somehow the vietnamese summer rolls don't even compare wherever i've found them - too lettucy, too porky, too old and oily.
If you go to Providence and try Apsara's you'll know what I mean. They were the only way to get through my thesis!
