I been using a new Calphalon Unison nonstick 10” omelette pan for a while now and it's the best nonstick pan I've had. I had older Calphalon nonstick pas that started sticking after a little use but this new surface it very different. After four months of use it's still releasing food like it did on day one. A big improvement. Anybody else having experience with Unison?
