Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized Cookware

I have been a very loyal customer and always recommended Calphalon to all my friends. I have been a customer for over 25 years. However, in April 2014 I purchased 4 pieces they were all Commercial Hard-Anodized. the Stock Pot is now in the garbage. From the very first time I used it anything that I prepared would stick. I contacted customer service and was told to ship it to them and they would look into it. I did this with the 2.5 qt. saucepan and they said it was not their error. Like I said I have used their product for 25 years I think I know how to use them. Never have I put them in a dishwasher. The last straw was when I was making soup and it started sticking immediately upon getting to a very light boil. I was so mad I dumped the soup and threw the pot away. The other 3 pieces are to follow very soon. Its suppose to have a lifetime guarantee I guess their lifetime is less than a year. By the time you pay the shipping both ways it is not worth it and I think they know that. I will never purchase Calphalon again. I should have took the $600.00 I paid for their inferior products and researched for a new manufacturer.
