low calorie dips

Renata | Jun 30, 2005 01:38 PM

I am trying to get my family to eat more fresh veggies and I would like to make some dips to have with them. The trouble with most dips is that they seem to rely on sour cream or mayo to make them interesting. I use strained skim milk yoghurt and that works well, but I was wanting something different than this type of dip. Does anyone have any suggestions, that won't negate the whole low calorie/fat point of having the veggies as snacks.
