after much deliberation, we've decided to head to China Star tomorrow, since we'll be in DC.
Although I searched, the only thing I found as a must try is the lamb stew, or what the menu calls "lamb in sizzling pot." Any other suggestions, please. There will be five of us, so other tips on how much, etc. to order will be appreciated, too.
Some of the more "interesting" items on the menu are "lionhead in hot pot," and "spareribs with Jew's ear soup," (which, frankly, is giving some of us the willies!). Anyone want to enlighten us on these dishes?!
