The best fish I remember eating as a child in UK was a lovely solid white fish called Huss or Rock Salmon. It had no bones, just one large cartilige down the middle and was sweet, juicy and delicious. Is it possible to get such a fish here at any local vendors and/or restaurants? All the places that serve fish and chips serve only cod which is find very bland. If any Brithounds familiar with this fish have any suggestions, I'd love to hear from you!
