Looking for recipes or recipe sources for the Caribbean hotpot called callalou.
I remember a vegetarian (takeout?) place on West 72nd St. near Broadway in Manhattan that had good vegetarian (I think) callalou. This was some fifteen years ago.(They also sold wheat grass juice by the measure.) I saw the mention a while back about Daphne's Caribbean Express on 14th Street. I'm in the Boston area now, will hopefully find a good salt cod fix...
