The venerable Wok Shop in San Francisco Chinatown has been in business for 54 years. It was vandalized this week for the first time. The owner, Tane Chan, has started a GoFundMe not for herself, but to raise money for the Chinatown Merchants Association to install surveillance cameras in the neighborhood.

"Thank you for helping Chinatown, and those who live and work here, feel and be safer."
