I had 5 orders of pieces at lunch today. All made with good technique and most are already sauced. Salmon, Albacore, Halibut, Tuna (Maguro), Shrimp. All but the Halibut were very good. Made with good technique too. Bill was $10.88. Can't beat that. Not too busy so service was very fast (not always a good thing but today I was in a hurry anyway). I have had alot worse for alot more money elsewhere. Too bad Tacqueria Sanchez is just down the block and for less money I could pig out on some of my all time favorite Sopes. I will still be back.
