Is there a Calif. restaurant or egg supplier that makes its own century eggs and/or salty eggs?

Does anyone know of a restaurant or poultry ranch in California that makes its own preserved eggs? It seems like most everyone buys the packaged ones from Taiwan these days. Admittedly, they probably taste very similar to eggs made on the spot since the whole point of these processes is to extend their shelf-life, but I'd like to find some place that still does it on their own.
