Somewhere along the line I heard about Cali Dumpling San Diego, a dumpling, won ton and pot sticker delivery service. Who among us doesn't like a good dumpling or pot sticker.

Wow! Impressive!

They are a newish company formed to help hospitality workers who have been displaced by the pandemic. The products are (IQF) frozen, ready to cook, and the instructions could not be easier or more clear. With dumplings and won tons you basically just need to be able to boil water. The bags come frozen with 30 pieces per bag, and in multiple flavors, including at least 1 vegetarian option.

I ordered a bag of pot stickers, Hong Kong style won tons and dumplings. I have been beyond happy with each one and surprised at the quality. Oh, and I should mention that their dumpling sauce hits the spot.

I'm making won ton soup with whatever veg I happen to have in the fridge for lunch and it's been very satisfying. I accidentally slept through dinner the other night and a little plate of dumplings was enough to satisfy for the rest of the night. Pot stickers for lunch have been a hit as well.

They deliver to San Diego twice a week, once to North County and once to the rest of the county. This is definitely a delivery service worth checking out and I see Cali Dumpling being a regular item in my freezer.
