Does anybody have any experience with the cooking classes offered by SAIT or the Cookbook Co.?
In particular, I'm considering something on knife skills; I've been cooking for years, but I spent the first five years on my own with a $6 knife set from Ikea I bought for the block. I just never got around to getting a real knife until a year and a half ago -- what a revelation!
I know that both have upcoming courses on knife skills, both about the same price and length, but I was wondering what the courses were like, facilities, and so on.
